This maintenance position would help ensure all district facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role supports daily repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep across buildings and grounds.

-Perform routine maintenance and repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry as assigned)
-Respond to work orders in a timely manner
-Assist with preventive maintenance tasks
-Maintain tools, equipment, and safe work practices
-Support district projects, seasonal tasks, and event setup as needed
-Travel between district buildings as required

Sick leave, personal leave, board paid insurance, retirement

-Experience in maintenance, construction, or a skilled trade preferred
-Ability to troubleshoot and complete basic repairs
-Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
-Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments
