Description
This maintenance position would help ensure all district facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role supports daily repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep across buildings and grounds.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry as assigned)
Respond to work orders in a timely manner
Assist with preventive maintenance tasks
Maintain tools, equipment, and safe work practices
Support district projects, seasonal tasks, and event setup as needed
Travel between district buildings as required
Qualifications:
Experience in maintenance, construction, or a skilled trade preferred
Ability to troubleshoot and complete basic repairs
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments
