Middle School Boys' Basketball Coach
Description
The Middle School Boys' Basketball Coach is responsible for teaching fundamental basketball skills, team concepts, and sportsmanship. Duties include planning and conducting practices, directing games, promoting academic accountability, and fostering a positive, disciplined team environment for student-athletes.
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students, peers and adults
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students, parents and faculty
Background Checks-Clearance on all background checks required by law that is satisfactory to the Administration.
Preferred – Bachelors Degree
Minimum – 60 College Hours or Sub Certification
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations-Shall hold certification as required by Missouri law and/or MSHSAA guidelines:
Preferred - Valid Missouri Teaching Certificate
Minimum – Valid Missouri Substitute Certificate
